Past Databases and Wiki's

SWP and RA's must be reviewed every 3 years. If you are a new users or are reviewing an old SWP/RA after 2012 please use the latest forms off the UNSW OHS web site and the GSBME OHS Database to  submit to your supervisor for approval.

Past OHS information is in different places and your z pass may not work. Please contact the school administration for access.

Equipment Database

All equipment in GSBME has been renumbered and entered into the GSBME OHS database. Staff can use this to enter new equipment, update the status of equipment, add an SWP and identify the hazards, testing schedule and training requirements on the
