Power outage

If the power goes down for the lower ground floor or the 4th floor labs. There is an emergency power priority plan and a map of dangerous goods storage

Chemical storage

Level 4 of the Samuels Building contains hazardous laboratory chemicals

In the event of an emergency, (fire, unknown chemical spill) the approximate amounts, types and location of GSBME hazardous chemicals can be searched here  to help emergency services

The lower ground floor labs has a 30L flammable goods cabinet in addition to a corrosive storage tray and a toxic storage tray. However there are under 500gm of dry dangerous goods in these areas.
